My partnership with Windermere
I have been with Windermere since 1995. I chose to establish my business with Windermere because of their number one position in the real estate market place, their excellent reputation as a service oriented company and for the marketing services they provide.
Education in real estate is important to me. It keeps me updated on current legal issues, new marketing ideas, developing technology and helps to develop relationships with other Realtors throughout the United States.

Real Estate Expertise
I am a full time Realtor. I list and sell homes, land, condominiums, waterfront and investment properties. I am also a member of the Commercial Broker Association which allows me access to commercial listings and statistics. It is an additional tool for selling investment properties such as land and multifamily residents.
I am committed to client satisfaction and enjoy the relationship building that develops with a client in working together to sell or purchase a property. I pride myself in being a strong negotiator, good communicator and great follow through.
I have always been a strong listing agent and particularly enjoy this aspect of real estate. I research extensively to help my clients set the right price for their property. I use Trendgraphix to analyze all aspects of the market to give my clients realistic expectations. I use my creative side to establish a marketing program unique to the qualities of each property. I never give up on trying new approaches to selling in a very competitive market. I take advantage of the internet to get my listings in front of the world. My listings are marketed on NWMLS, Windermere.com, Realtor.com, Google, Military.com, Zillow.com and Craigslist. I also do specific print marketing materials for my lsitings. Windermere has an excellent Premier Marketing Program for the appropriate luxury properties.
Looking for an agent to represent you on the purchase of a home or land? You'll be pleased with my knowledge of real estate laws and contracts. My responsibility will be to find the property that most fits your needs and price range and to guide you through the sales process. I have fun selling and its because I enjoy people. Through this process you will rely on my expertise, dependability and friendly attitude to get the results you want from a Realtor.
Meet Jeremy Ritchie
To me having your own home means so much. It's a reflection of who you are, it grows and changes with you and your family, it's where memories are made and it's where your legacy is fulfilled. This is why I love Real Estate and because I want to help people find that right home to live and build their future.
As a lifelong resident of Gig Harbor I have a passion for the area. I've watched the area grow and I've watched the area change. As a Real Estate professional I'm excited to be a part of that growth and change. My family and I have chosen Gig Harbor as the place to build our legacy and we encourage others to do the same.
To be a part of Windermere Gig Harbor is to be a part of a family of Realtors. Windermere Gig Harbor is consistently number one in the Gig Harbor market. Education, marketing and technology are a few of the key things that Windermere provides its Brokers that set it apart. Lastly customer service is always at the forefront of the Windermere experience.
Knowledge of the area, advanced marketing techniques and great customer service are just a few of the qualities I can offer to you.
